About Us

Our Vision

Phyllis Kelly and Celeste Holcomb, a mother daughter team, have worked with the elderly population for a combined 31 years.  In that time they both have worked in the home healthcare setting.  Over the years they've seen many elderly people unsafe at home but unable to afford the care they needed either through private sitters or by living in a nursing home.  They began to brainstorm the idea of opening a daycare just for seniors, and began to see the need at every turn.  There were many times they thought it might not work out, but God continued to open the doors needed.  They are looking forward to offering great, compassionate, quality care for Seniors in the Upstate of SC.

Meet Our Team

Phyllis L. Kelly - Owner, RN

Phyllis was born and raised in Seneca, SC.  Upon completion of her AA in Nursing from Tri-County Technical College, Phyllis and her family returned back to Oconee County where they still reside.  Phyllis began her healthcare career in the hospital setting before spending the past 24 years working in home health.  She has experience in wound care, pain management, fall risk assessments, medication management, and has worked with patients of varying diagnoses.  Phyllis also is very active in the local community.  Her and her husband attend Rocky Knoll Baptist Church in Walhalla, SC where they are very active.  Phyllis has always had a passion for the elderly population and one day knew she wanted to give the senior citizens in Oconee County the best option to keep them safe and home.

Celeste K. Holcomb - Owner, Occupational Therapy Assistant

Celeste grew up in Westminster, SC.  She received her BS degree in Business from Limestone College in 2006.  However, she quickly learned the field was not for her as she desperately wanted to work with the senior population.  She returned to school and received her AA in Occupational Therapy Assistant from Greenville Technical College.  She has worked in home health care for the last seven years.  She has experience assisting Alzheimer's patients and has worked with patients with CVAs, Parkinson's Disease, joint replacement, etc.  It is her heart's desire to assist the elderly in being able to stay at home as long as possible.  Celeste is also involved in the local community, attending College Street Baptist, with her family.

All staff are CPR certified and have received First-aid training.
